The purpose of the EP is to train highly qualified specialists with in-depth knowledge in the field of Maritime and energy law, professionally speaking foreign languages; specialist who is able to provide legal support for the conclusion of international Maritime agreements and treaties, to negotiate and organize them, to carry out scientific analysis of the legal situation in the implementation of the principles of international Maritime law, to analyze the sources of international Maritime law, to analyze Kazakhsta's compliance with international agreements in the field under study.
