On March 24, 2023, the lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages Kabytaeva A.A., within the framework of the university project of cooperation with the United Nations and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, held a debate in Kazakh, English, and Russian on "Affordable and clean energy". The purpose of this event: clarification of the UN SDGs. Students made reports on the history of the UN SDGs education, made presentations, shared opinions in three languages, engaged in interesting discussions during the debates, and also actively participated in a quiz on the knowledge of interesting facts about the UN SDGs. The event was actively attended by undergraduate students of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management. Along with the classroom event, students staged a flash mob on the university campus. As a homework assignment on this topic, students made videos for such popular social networks as Tik-Tok, Instagram and launched interesting challenges.
