On May 27, 2023, for the first time in the open air – on the square in front of the U.A. Dzholdasbekov Palace of Students, the annual solemn holiday "KazNU Graduate Day" was held with the participation of more than 3,000 graduates, guests, Rector Zh.K. Tuimebayev, Chairman of the Alumni Association K.A. Mami. The holiday began at the Triumphal Arch "Mangili El", where graduates gathered with anniversaries of 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 35 years, 40 years, 45 years, 50 years, etc. Then there was a solemn laying of flowers at the monument to Al-Farabi, where 200 graduates in robes were waiting for the guests of the holiday. Graduates were pleased with their performance of the Kazakh pop stars, the concert program with the participation of talented students of the university could not remain without attention from the audience.
