Increasing cooperation with Chinese universities

Lyazzat Erkinbaeva, Member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, met with the delegation headed by Vice-President of Yangzhou University Gong Weijuan.

Vice-rector informed the honored guests about the history and achievements of the university. Also in her speech Lyazzat Erkinbaeva noted the long-standing and fruitful relationship between KazNU and Yangzhou University.

"The academic mobility program between the two universities is developing at a good level. In the future it is necessary to increase cooperation in the field of science and medicine. Our educational programs, there are also yours. Therefore, it is important to develop these spheres", - noted the Vice-Rector.

In turn, Gong Weijuan presented new projects implemented by Yangzhou University. Also during the meeting, the initiative to carry out joint scientific research was considered.

During the meeting, the parties expressed interest in further development of bilateral cooperation, as well as discussed priority areas of partnership in educational activities.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged good wishes and memorable gifts.
