“PARASATKA TAGZYM” Literary Evening held by Kokjiek

On September 27, 2023, “Kokzhiek”  scientific and creative club of the Faculty of Philology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a literary and musical evening on the topic:  “Parasatka Tagzym”, dedicated to the birthday of the outstanding writers:  M. Auezov, Sh. Murtaza, O. Bokey.

               The evening began with an opening speech by  the head of the Kokzhiek club, L.Zh.Musaly. The  3rd year students Mendesh Ainur and Esentai Kuralai were the evening moderators. The 1st year student majoring in  “Applied Linguistics”,  Kopbosynov Nurdaulet performed kyui on the dombra. This event was organized  within the framework of SDG 4 “Quality Education”.

               The  members of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, poets Uskenbai Kulatayuly, Tikebaeva Bubishkhan Kanapiyaovna were invited to the evening. The guests of the evening shared their creative experiences and expressed  warm congratulations.  The 3rd year students Zhanarbek Karakat, Zeberkhan Arailim and Esekesh Aynaz read reports on the life and work of writers. Excerpts from the works of writers were presented.

3rd year students of the Faculty of Philology Dametken Altynbekova, Narikbay Nurken and 1st year journalism student Alpysbay Aigerim read a monologue from the works of  the writers having  demonstrated their acting skills. Roza Rakhimova, the  1st year student of  “Applied Linguistics”  major specialty, read her poem in the “Minutes of Poetry” section.

               Due to the event the students were able to demonstrate their creative abilities and enrich their knowledge.
