On September 30, 2023, the Department of Economics held the event “One bribe - two criminals” in order to provide quality education of SDG-4 based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including "Peace, Justice, effective Institutions". The event expanded students' knowledge about corruption and familiarized them with measures to prevent corruption in universities. The term “corruption" in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered, the anti-corruption articles of the Honor Code of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University were analyzed. It was once again noted that students make a great contribution to the development of the university and the country in the fight against corruption.
