The Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized a meeting with the Deputy head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov, Ms. Dilbarkhanova Zhanat Rakhimzhanovna. 
Dilbarkhanova Zh.R. - Police Colonel, Doctor of Law, Professor. Zhanat Rakhimzhanovna became one of the recognized women police officers of the world and represented our country at the IWPC international conference in New Zealand.
Author of more than 150 scientific papers, monographs, educational, teaching and practical manuals. Her works are devoted to forensic expertise, criminal proceedings, law enforcement, problems of improving research and educational activities.
Dilbarkhanova Zh.R. at the meeting spoke about the importance and features of the professional activities of women in law enforcement agencies in the world and in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Colonel Zhanat Dilbarkhanova shared her experience, the experience of fellow female police officers, interesting stories from practice, as well as about her successful participation in the 60th International Conference "Women in the Police".
The event was held as part of the implementation of UN SDG No. 5 - "Gender Equality".
