Advanced training courses of KSU "Centralized Library System of Almaty" have been completed (72 hours, 76 people) and a certificate awarding ceremony was held today. Advanced training courses are a kind of professional motivation. The course "Library and Information System: new trends and technologies in library and information Services", organized by the Department of "World History, Historiography and Source Studies" of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from August to October 01, 2023, was very rich and interesting, we gained new knowledge, built networking with new colleagues and we were charged with positive emotions. During the entire training, a creative, relaxed atmosphere prevailed between the listeners.
The course participants discussed such topics as the modernization of the country's library system, improving the training of library staff, the introduction of information technology, scientific and methodological support of library activities.
The course participants noted the high level of organization and conduct of advanced training courses, the content and relevance of the materials under consideration. We express our gratitude to the university for the opportunity to take a refresher course and look forward to seeing you next year.
