3 Sustainable Development Goal "Good health and well-being"
On November 06, 2023, within the framework of the 3rd Sustainable Development Goal “Good health and well-being”, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor of the department of customs, financial and environmental law G.S. Kalieva, together with employees of the university medical center, held a scientific seminar with 2nd year law students faculty.
The purpose of the research event under Sustainable Development Goal 3, Good Health and Well-Being, was to examine issues related to action to improve health and well-being. Medical workers carried out explanatory work with students, emphasizing the need to take preventive measures aimed at maintaining good health and also improving the condition of the body. During the scientific seminar, attention was drawn to the fact that in the modern world in the field of medicine, modern methods of diagnosing and identifying diseases are used. The speakers emphasized that young people should lead a healthy lifestyle, including giving up bad habits, eating right and playing various sports.
Students took an active part in the scientific seminar, including expressing their full agreement that it is necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle. Many of the students noted that they are actively involved in various sports, visiting the most beautiful places in our country, filling themselves with strength and spirit.
