The president was informed about the results of training specialists and research work at the university, and was also presented with a strategic plan for the development of the university, which will celebrate its 90th anniversary next year, Akorda’s official website writes.
According to Zhanseit Tuimebaev, the university is currently implementing 400 scientific projects with a total value of 8.1 billion tenge. In addition, the head of state was informed that the second stage of construction of the KazNU campus will be implemented in 2024-2026. In the new city, 8 educational buildings, a technology park and 12 dormitories will be built. Construction of three dormitories with 3,180 beds will begin in the near future.

The president's goals for the future were discussed. The big issue at the moment is the hostel and it appears that the decision was taken after discussing the issue. Big changes are expected in the future!
