Climate change

On November 21, 2023 at 17:00, the  senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies K. Kenzhekanova,  held a discussion on the topic “Climate change” with  students of the philological faculty within the framework of “SDG 7. Affordable and clean energy”.  The students discussed the main causes of global warming. The  students shared their thoughts on the main effects of global warming such as climate change, frequent heat waves, rising sea levels, melting glaciers, floods, droughts and crop failures. They  were introduced to the dangers of global warming and how it can change human life and the environment as well.  The students acquired useful information and had a  fun.
