Daulet Fatimabibi won the 1’st place in Chinese language teachers competition

Professor of the Department of Chinese Studies of thе faculty of Oriental Studies Daulet Fatimabibi on November 30, 2023 won 1st place at the V competition of teachers of the Chinese language organized by Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. Daulet Fatimabibi graduated from the Kyzylorda Pedagogical College named after M. Mametova in 1989. In the same year, she entered the Chinese department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where she studied in the specialty "Chinese philology". Since 1994, he has been teaching Chinese at the Department of Chinese Studies at our university. The professor is the author and developer of the first textbooks of the Chinese language in our Republic, which were used by more than one generation of Sinologists in Kazakhstan. The professor's students work in various sectors of our country, many of them have already become doctors of sciences themselves. Over 30 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, Fatimabibi Nogaikyzy has published 15 monographs and about 200 scientific articles published in scientific journals with high ratings from far and near abroad. The professor is the winner of the Republican competition "The best teacher of Kazakhstan", as well as the holder of the International Educational Scholarship "Bolashak", according to which she completed her postdoctoral studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Textbooks, manuals and monographs of the professor have been introduced into the educational process in many leading universities of Kazakhstan and other countries for more than two decades. Fatimabibi Daulet willingly shares her scientific and pedagogical experience, regularly conducts master classes, scientific workshops for teachers, undergraduates and doctoral students of our country, within which she demonstrates innovative methods used in the educational process. For example, from November 13 to December 7, 2023-2024 academic year, the professor with his students, undergraduates and doctoral students of 1 year of study, within the framework of the disciplines "Innovative technologies and methodology of teaching translation", "Modern translation concepts" and "Speech etiquette and negotiation practice in the Oriental language", organized and conducted a series of urban scientific seminars- workshops on simultaneous translation. The leading translators of the city, as well as foreign experts, became participants and invited experts of the series of these seminars on different days.
