On December 8, 2023, 1st-year students of EP 6B04103-Economics held a curatorial hour on the occasion of December 10, International Human Rights Day, in an online format.

Before considering human and citizen rights, it is important to know the relationship between the categories of man, individual, and citizen. The 5th goal of the Sustainable Development of the Future Society is Gender Equality, and the 10th Goal is «Reduced Inequalities» are important for the interests of humanity in every society. The concept of citizen describes a person in a legal sense, that is, it considers the permanent legal connection of a person with a specific state. It has been determined that human rights are a democratic value protected by law, aimed at satisfying human interests. During the curator's hour, human rights and children's rights were defined. The decisions and work of the UN over the past 50 years in the field of human rights were also discussed. During the curated hour, students expanded their understanding of human rights and received a lot of useful information.
