“Best University Teacher -2023”!

We sincerely congratulate PhD, Deputy Head of theBusiness Technologies Department at the Higher School of Economics of al-Farabi KazNU, TovmaNataliya Aleksandrovna with victory in the republican competition and the award of the well-deserved award “Best University Teacher -2023”! Tovma NataliyaAleksandrovna was the leader of 3 scientific projects, including 2 grants and 1 program-targeted funding of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently she is the head of program-targeted financing on the topic: BR18574200 “Revival of single-industry towns in the conditions of creating a New Kazakhstan based on territorial marketing” (2022-2024). She was the Head of the grant funding project for young scientists on the topic: AP09057847 “Formation and development of the knowledge economy in the context of digitalization of the Republic of Kazakhstan: conceptual foundations and implementation prospects” (2021-2023) and the grant funding project on the topic: AP05135078 “Formation and development of the digital economy inRepublic of Kazakhstan: theory and practical measures of implementation" (2018-2020). Tovma NataliyaAleksandrovna received a diploma of academician of the International Academy of Informatization in 2014. Nataliya Aleksandrovna was a laureate of the competition “New names in public legal science” (Russian Federation, Moscow, 2015), a finalist of the international competition “Best Young Scientist of Eurasia” (Russian Federation, Kazan, 2014), winner of the research competition work among scientists from the CIS countries, conducted by the SAS Institute (Russian Federation, Moscow, 2013). She was awarded a medal for her contribution to the development of the university (March 8, 2023), was a laureate of the competition of the Foundation of the First President, Leader of the Nation for the best research in the field of humanities (2012), three times laureate of the competition of state scientific scholarships of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2008-2010, 2012-2013, 2013-2014). Nataliya Aleksandrovna Tovma trained more than 30 masters and 1 PhD, who was awarded an academic degree on September 1, 2023. Tovma N. A. completed 20 internships abroad in leading higher education institutions included in the TOP 300 of the QS rating: Universite de Lille (France, Lille, 2023), Escuela Politécnica Superior de Edificación de Barcelona (Spain, Barcelona, 2023 .), Sydney University of Technology (Australia, Sydney, 2023), Hanyang University (Korea, Seoul, 2023), at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Russian Federation, Moscow, 2021, 2023), at the PolytechnicUniversity of Valencia (Spain, Valencia, 2022), La Sapienza University (Italy, Rome, 2022), Marmara University (Turkey, Istanbul, 2021), European Institute of Applied Science and management (Czech Republic, Prague, 2019 g.), at London School of Business and Finance (Great Britain, London, 2018), AnadoluÜniversitesi (Turkey, Eskisehir, 2018) under theErasmus plus grant, at the Central University of Bohemia (Czech Republic, Prague, 2017), at the Warsaw Institute of Ecology and Management (Poland, Warsaw, 2016). Completed the training course “Managing and Distributing Natural Resource Revenues”, under a grant from the Swiss Government (Turkey, Istanbul, 2015). She completed a research internship at Columbia University (USA, New York, 2008) and at the University of Kansas (USA, Kansas, Lawrence, 2006). Nataliya Aleksandrovna has 10 copyright certificates and 28 works according to the Scopus database. Hirsch index - 6. She completed 54 advanced training courses, 22 of which lasted more than 36 hours.
