Mamedova M.R. spoke on the topic: Quality control of food products by solid-phase microextraction in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
In this work, two rapid and sensitive methods for analyzing the most commonly consumed food products were developed. Miniaturization of solid-phase microextraction with preliminary concentration of analytes through adsorption-desorption experiments and with a significant reduction in the number of analyzed objects was carried out. During the dissertation work, scientific and physicochemical methods of analysis were used. The objects were studied by solid-phase microextraction in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
