The importance of emotional intelligence within the framework of inclusive education

On 02/08/2024, the Faculty of International Relations organized a guest lecture by Master of Business Administration, coach, gaming practitioner, EQ trainer, businesswoman with a working capital of 2 billion tenge for 2023, investor Dinara Akhmedovna Utegenova. Lecture on the topic: “The importance of emotional intelligence within the framework of inclusive education.” The coach covered important issues such as expressed empathy, the ability to reflect true feelings and the ability to live them in the moment. 

She shared how important it is to control your emotions for passing an interview and the ability to recognize non-verbal signs of company employees when applying for a job.The discussion with the students was very active; they asked many questions, shared their experiences, and talked about their feelings. The event was held within the framework of SDG 3 “Good health and well-being” and SDG 4 “Quality education”, as well as the importance of developing an inclusive environment for students.
