During his speech, Mr. Begaliev touched upon a wide range of issues, starting with the procedure for applying a biochip and the principle of operation of the direction finding system, and ending with an analysis of approaches to chipping the population in various countries of the world, such as Belgium, Sweden, China, Brazil and Mexico. He also touched upon the public's view of this phenomenon and revealed the widespread myths and phobias that accompany the chipping process. An important aspect of the presentation was a moral approach to the issue, as well as an analysis of the strengths of the implementation of chipping through SWOT analysis.
