The characteristics and similarities of Canadian and American journalism were recorded using a Venn diagram to help students remember and think creatively about the information they were reporting. Then, in order to increase creativity, the students were divided into 2 groups and were given instructions to record on video any news that happened in the United States and Canada. At the end of the lesson, students expressed their gratitude, noting that they enjoyed the lesson.
