Seminar on economic, social and cultural rights, as well as effective tools for anti-corruption monitoring

Employees of the Compliance Control Service of the University from 29 to 31 January this year participated in a seminar on economic, social and cultural rights, as well as effective tools for anti-corruption monitoring, organized under the auspices of the Parliamentary Development Foundation in Kazakhstan.

The seminar was attended by representatives of the Women's Solidarity League "Zhiger", representatives of NGOs and media, and civil society activists.  

Speakers at the seminar were practicing national and international experts.

The seminar participants were familiarized with the nature of economic, social and cultural rights, as well as the basic content of the rights to adequate housing and the right to social security and social protection for persons with disabilities. The practice of applying effective anti-corruption monitoring tools in legislation and law enforcement practice in the context of economic, social and cultural rights was also highlighted.
