How to find a job without experience: life hacks from employers

On the eve of the 90th anniversary of Farabi University and as part of the university-wide campaign “17 Moments of Spring” on 17 SDG themes “My profession is my future”, on March 13, 2024, a meeting was held at the Department of Economics of the Higher School of Economics and Business with representatives of JSC “Otbasy bank”.

Speaker, Deputy Director of the HR Department of Otbasy Bank JSC, Olesya Olegovna Poznyakovskaya, gave a guest lecture on the topic “How to find a job without experience: employer life hacks” and provided important information for current students and future specialists entering the labor market.

The guest lecture interactively discussed 5 strategies for eliminating the vicious circle “No experience - no job - no experience”, provided employer life hacks, and answered questions asked by students. This meeting ensures the achievement of the themes of SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 17 – Partnerships for Sustainable Development.
