"Criminal offenses in the field of environmental protection"

SDG 3. Quality education. On March 14, 2024, a scientific seminar on "Criminal offenses in the field of environmental protection" was held at the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with 3rd year students of the specialty "Land Management" and 1st year undergraduate student of the scientific and pedagogical direction Dosbol Zhylkybayev, also with workers of student legal clinic. During the seminar, along with the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the legislation of foreign countries, the specifics of offenses in the field of environmental protection and the imposition of penalties for them were touched upon.
