«Leadership Lecture: Copyright in the Modern World»

On April 10, 2024 at 12.00, the Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law initiated the organization and holding of a Leadership Lecture on the topic “Problems of Copyright”. The lecture, given by T.B. Tulegenov, candidate of legal sciences, specialist in the field of copyright, is not only a source of in-depth analysis and discussion of modern problems in copyright law, but also an example of the practical application of knowledge.

The speaker of this event was the competent practitioner T.B. Tulegenov, and he is also a successful author of many popular songs and poems, which gives his speech special interest and significance for the audience. His experience and expertise in the field of copyright law allowed him to present to the audience both the theoretical foundations of this area of law and practical examples from his own creative and legal experience.

The lecture discussed current issues of copyright law, such as protecting the copyright of authors of works, composers, poets, performers, as well as issues related to collective rights management and copyright protection.

The event aroused great interest from students and teachers of the faculty, as well as representatives of the general public. The lecture not only contributed to expanding students’ knowledge on this topic, but also stimulated discussion and analysis of existing problems. The lecturer encouraged students to become interested in the study and implementation of copyright, thereby filling the void in specialists in this field in Kazakhstan.
