Born on February 22, 1964 in the Almaty region. In 1981-1986. studied at Kazakh State University named after CM. Kirov graduated with honors in the specialty “Philosophy”.
In 1986-1989 – postgraduate studies at the Institute of Philosophy of the USSR Academy of Sciences (Moscow), defense of a candidate’s dissertation for the degree of candidate of philosophical sciences.
1996-1999 – doctoral studies and defense of doctoral dissertation in the specialty 09.00.11 – Social philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2004 awarded the academic title of professor. In 2013, she was elected a corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1989-1999 – Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan: in 1989 – senior laboratory assistant in the department of social philosophy and ethics and researcher in the department of social philosophy and ethics; in 1992 – research fellow at the department of philosophy of culture and politics; in 1993 – senior researcher at the department of philosophy of culture and politics; in 1996 – senior researcher at the Department of Philosophy of Science and Technology.
In 2000 – 2016 – Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov: in 2001-2002. – Head of the Department of Philosophy; in 2003-2004 – Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work; from 2004 to March 24, 2016 – first vice-rector of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev.

Range of scientific interests: philosophical anthropology, social philosophy, philosophy and methodology of science, modern foreign philosophy, philosophy of education. She is the author of more than a hundred scientific and scientific-methodological, educational and methodological works. In 2006-2009 – Deputy Chairman of the Dissertation Council for the defense of dissertations for an academic degree in the specialties “History of Philosophy” and “Social Philosophy”. Chairman of the Nur Otan branch and member of the Bureau of the Political Council of the Astana city branch of the Nur Otan party.
For success in professional activities, she was awarded the title “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the breast medal “Y. Altynsarin”, Order “Kurmet” (2008), honorary title “Honored Worker of Kazakhstan” (2014), anniversary medals “10 years of Astana”, “20 years of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan", "20 years of Kazakhstan people Assembly 20 years", "20 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan" and a medal from the IPA CIS.
