Sabit M.'s scientific works are devoted to the study of problems of dialectics as logic and theory of knowledge in close connection with the development of philosophical and methodological problems of modern science. He is one of the authors and a member of the editorial board of the 4-volume monograph “Dialectical Logic” (1985-1987), which has received wide recognition in scientific circles not only in Kazakhstan, but also far beyond its borders. He analyzed a complex of logical-epistemological and logical-methodological problems of the formation and development of such physical theories as quantum mechanics, special and general theories of relativity of A. Einstein. From the standpoint of dialectical-logical categories and principles, the logical structure of the above-mentioned fundamental theories, which occupy a decisive place in the structure of modern physics, is revealed. As is known, the problems of constructing a scientific theory, analyzing the relationship between the empirical and theoretical, the role of scientific ideas and principles in its composition, questions of its interpretation are of great interest and their understanding (for example, the principles of correspondence and complementarity of N. Bohr, the historical evolution of the principle of relativity from Galileo to the general theory of relativity of A. Einstein, their heuristic functions in the process of construction and further development in the spirit of the theory), dialectical-logical ideas (this is precisely the advantages of the approach of Sabit M., following the example of his teacher, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.M. Abdildin) answers request of developing modern science. In addition, Sabit M. conducts independent research on the history of philosophy in its connection with the cultural history of Kazakhstan, on current problems of the country's development in conditions of independence, while paying special attention to the need for the most careful attitude to the spiritual and moral values and inalienable rights of the state-forming Kazakh people.
