Kirov Kazakh State University. In 1972, in connection with the opening of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, he continued his studies in the specialization "Mathematical computer software". June 14, 1974 He defended his thesis on the topic "On an approximate solution of the first boundary value problem for the equations of thermal conductivity" under the supervision of K.A. Kasymov.
Altynbek Amirovich started his career as a programmer at KazGU. In 1975-1981, he was a research intern, a graduate student at Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in Mathematical and Software support for computers, Systems and Networks.
In 1981-1988, A.A. Sharipbayev was an assistant, associate professor, head of the Department of KazGU, then studied French at courses for university teachers at the Moscow Institute of Foreign Languages named after M. Thorez and in 1990 became an intern at Paul Valery University in France. Ryskulov, in 1998-2000 - Director of the Information Technology Center and from 2000 to the present Professor at the L.N. Gumilev ENU.
The semantics of production and logical programming languages have been formalized by scientists, methods and algorithms for verification of software and hardware have been developed. Based on these studies, in 1982 A.A. Sharipbayev defended his PhD thesis on "Partial verification of programs in the language of a symbolic processor" and in 1996 - his doctoral dissertation on "Verification of software and hardware of computers and systems".
A.A. Sharipbayev in the field of computer science is the founder of the scientific school in Kazakhstan on artificial intelligence, system programming and information technologies, for 20 years he was the only candidate and doctor of sciences in the specialty "Mathematical and software support of computing machines, complexes and networks". His scientific results were implemented in major scientific centers of the USSR: in 1976-1981 - "Translator from the language of imitation of space systems" at the Flight Test Institute, Zhukovsk; in 1988-1989. - "Digital circuit verification System" at the Scientific and Production Center, Zelinograd; in 1990-1991. "Parallel programming system for a multiprocessor computing complex" at the International Research Center for Electronic Computing, Moscow.
In the field of artificial intelligence and computational linguistics, a mathematical theory of the Kazakh language has been created, algorithms for analyzing and synthesizing words and sentences of the Kazakh language have been developed. The scientific results of these works were applied in 2002-2006 to create "Electronic educational publications for automating Kazakh language teaching", "Distance learning systems for civil servants in the Kazakh language" and other computer programs implemented in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MKI RK, KTZ. More than 10 certificates of state registration of intellectual property were received.
In the field of information technology, scientists have created and implemented automated systems in various organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In particular, "Automated securities depository system" in the Department of State Property of Almaty and joint-stock companies; "Automated system of accounting for utility payments" in the city housing Committee and cooperatives of apartment owners in Almaty; "Automated selection system" in the akimat of Bostandyk district of Almaty; "Automated information base of the Accounting Committee" in the Accounting Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan; "Automation of the system for creating electronic educational publications" in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
