Born on August 22, 1953 in the village Shukurkol, North Kazakhstan region. In 1975, he graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov with a degree in applied mathematics. 1979-1982 – full-time graduate student of the Department of Mathematics, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
In 1983, at the Dissertation Council at Moscow State University under the guidance of Professor V.A. Sadovnichy defended his candidate's dissertation on the topic “Inverse problems of spectral analysis of differential operators.”
In 2005, at the dissertation council at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, he defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty “01.01.02 – differential equations and mathematical physics.”
From 1975 to 1978 – employee of the laboratory of machine mechanics of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov. From 1978 to 1979 – seconded trainee researcher at the Department of Functional Analysis and Theory of Functions, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. From 1979 to 1982 – Full-time postgraduate study at the Department of Mathematics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. From 1983 (with a break from 1997 to 2001) to 2008. – assistant, teacher, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor of the department of mathematical analysis of al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 1997 to 2001 – Head of the Department of Higher Mathematics at Almaty State University named after Abay. From 2008 to 2011 – Head of the Department of Mathematical Analysis at al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 2012 to 2016 – Head of the Department of Fundamental Mathematics at al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Since 2009 – Professor at al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Since 2011, he has been a member of the International Society for Analysis, Applications and Computation (ISAAC).
In 2007-2012 was the scientific secretary of the expert council on mathematics and computer science under the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Scientific interests: Transformation formulas and spectral properties of differential operators of higher orders on a segment, stochastic analysis. The main applied research is related to problems of internal boundary value problems using methods of function theory. The main courses taught are mathematical analysis, geometric methods of mathematical physics, mathematical models of theoretical physics and their analysis, stochastic analysis.
He is a member of the editorial board of the journals “Vestnik KazNU”, series mathematics, mechanics, computer science (Journal of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Science), “International Journal of Mathematics and Physics”. Journal reviewer: Ufa Mathematical Journal, published in Ufa.

He has personally and co-authored more than 150 scientific publications (of which more than 30 are in international journals with an impact factor). More than 30 reports were made at international scientific conferences in the USA, Germany, Russia, China, Poland, and Turkey.
