Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China since 2015 and to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea since 2024.

He was born on June 20, 1972 in Almaty. He graduated from Beijing Language University in 1995, graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1996, and graduated from Nazarbayev University in 2012.

He began his career as an assistant to the Asian Countries Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the period from 1996-1997. From 1997-1999 - Attache, Third Secretary of the Passport and Visa Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Urumqi (PRC). In the period 1999-2004 - Second Secretary, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People's Republic of China. In 2004-2005 - Head of the Department, Head of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2005-2007. - Advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People's Republic of China – Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In 2007-2008, he was an Adviser-Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People's Republic of China. In 2008-2015 - Ambassador–at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - National Coordinator from the Republic of Kazakhstan on the activities of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In 2009-2010. - Special Representative of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. In 2015-2019 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China. In 2015-2019, he was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea concurrently. In 2019-2022 - First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 2022, he was again appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China.

He holds the Diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

He was awarded the Order of "Kurmet".
