International Scientific and practical Conference "Problems of reforming natural resource legislation"

Today, on 04/25/2024, we took part in the international scientific and practical conference organized by L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University "Problems of reforming natural resource legislation. 
The purpose of the conference is to discuss the current stages of the reformational development of environmental and natural resource legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at improving the legal framework and mechanisms for implementing the transition to a "green economy" in the field of environmental protection and environmental management. 
Conference organizer: Department of Constitutional and Civil Law.
Areas of work of the conference:
* Problems of the effectiveness of environmental and legal regulation;
* The main trends in law-making in the field of environmental protection and environmental management;
* Environmental rights and interests: issues of legal protection;
* Formation of faunal law and legislation;
* Responsible treatment of animals: issues of regulation and legal responsibility;
* The "legal regime" or "legal status" of animals: patronymic and foreign experience;
* Development of water legislation: water conservation and water supply;
* Ensuring water safety in conditions of conservation of the water fund and ecological systems in general;
* Providing the population with a favorable habitat, guaranteed and high-quality water;
* Stimulating the introduction of the best available technologies and the rational use of natural resources;
* Legislation in the field of subsoil protection and subsoil use: problems of improvement;
