Humanitarian assistance to low-income families in Almaty

On April 10, 2024, teachers of the Department of Analytical, Colloid Chemistry and Technology of Rare Element organized humanitarian assistance to low-income families in Almaty. As part of the event, several food baskets with basic necessary foodstuffs were collected.
In addition to charity, the department members also paid special attention to achieving SDG 2 “Zero Hunger” (2.5.4 Sustainable food procurement) and prioritized purchasing food from local sustainable suppliers.
