On May 3rd, within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9), which aim to ensure quality education, promote decent employment and economic growth, as well as foster innovation and infrastructure, the Department of Economics at the Higher School of Economics and Business conducted a guest lecture titled "Professional Growth in Consulting: A Career Path in the Big Four." The speaker was Taylan Kabysh, a senior associate at PwC with over seven years of experience in this field.

Taylan Kabysh shared his experience and key strategies that contribute to achieving career success on a global scale, thus supporting the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals towards stable and profitable employment. He emphasized the importance of preparation, deep knowledge, conducting the perfect interview, and creating an effective network, which are fundamental for building a successful international career.

Special attention was given to methods for creating outstanding resumes and avoiding common mistakes that can hinder candidates during the hiring process.
