On April 24, 2024, at the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi KazNU, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Pulkovo Observatory Nazar Robertovich Ikhsanov (St. Petersburg, Russia) gave a report on the topic: “The effect of a magnetic valve in Polarakh".
