   Agzanbek Karmenkanuly is a civil engineer, power engineer. He was born in 1983 in the Shingilsky district of the Altai Territory of the Shuar People's Republic of China. After graduating from high school in 2003, he returned to his homeland. In 2004-2005, he studied at the preparatory faculty for foreign citizens of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, graduated with honors. In 2004-2008, he received a bachelor's degree from the Kazakh Head Architectural and Construction Academy. From 2008 to the present day, JSC "Institute of Research and Design of Fuel and Energy Resources" has been successfully operating. During his career, he has led many major projects in the field of electric power in our country. Significant large-scale projects: auxiliary power plants "Besagash", "Ermensai", "Dostyk", "Batys", "Shygys", "Dostyk" with a voltage of 220/110/10 kV, responsible for the energy security of the cities of Astana and Almaty. Taraz, "Projects of 100 MW solar power plants such as Chokpar-1, Chokpar-2, Shelek and Badamsha solar power plants have been commissioned. In 2019, taking into account his achievements in this field, he was awarded the "Certificate of Honor" by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And in 2023, he was awarded the badge "Power Engineer for decent work".
