Maulenova Bakhyt Nusifovna - Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Health Policy and Organization of the Faculty of Medicine and Health. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kazakh State University and has been working at the department since 2016. He is a corresponding member of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts of the Russian Federation (St. Petersburg). In 2019 she was awarded the Gold Medal named after V.I. Vernadsky "For his contribution to the development of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences."
Co-author of the first textbook in Kazakhstan, “Medical Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” Author of more than 100 scientific publications in legal journals of Kazakhstan, Russia and other CIS countries, including in the journals “Medical Law”, “Lawyer” (Moscow) and other publications of the Russian Federation.
She is a teacher at certified advanced training courses for healthcare professionals, author of the courses “Legal protection of doctors and medical organizations”, “Legal regulation of in vitro fertilization”, “Analysis of judicial practice in relation to medical workers and medical organizations” and others.
