The Rector met with the Chairman of the Tokyo Medicinal Plant Association

Chairman of the Board - Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with the Chairman of the Tokyo Association of Natural Medicinal Plants Ryuta Fuji.

Ryuta Fuji traveled from Japan to attend a conference on the study of medicinal plants and natural remedies.

The parties at the meeting paid special attention to the issues of strengthening partnership, deepening ties on joint study of medicinal plants and bringing natural products to the market.

Rector of KazNU Zhanseit Tuimebaev, welcoming the honored guests, informed about the achievements and future plans of the university. The head of the university expressed special gratitude to Ryuta Fuji for participation in the international conference on the study of medicinal plants and natural medicines, held at the university.

Also in his speech Zhanseit Tuimebaev noted that the Research Center of Medicinal Plants successfully operates on the basis of KazNU. The head of the university urged the leadership of the Association of Natural Medicinal Plants of Tokyo to work together with this center.

In turn, Ryuta Fuji said that she intends to jointly conduct research with the Research Center of Medicinal Plants of KazNU in the future.
