On 23-24 September, the Department of Biotechnology held a scientific seminar with Professor Digel Ilya of Aachen University of Applied Sciences on the topic: ‘Creation of biocomposite material’. 
The topics of the presentations were:

Report 1: Introduction to biocomposite materials: definition, types and main characteristics.

Report 2: Application of biocomposites in various industries (medicine, ecology, food industry).

Report 3: Ecological and economic advantages of biocomposites.

Report 4: Production technologies and methods of modification of biocomposite materials.
