Scientist-mathematicians in our faculty

The faculty management organized a meeting with the participants of the EEASO-2024 conference, held jointly with the Mechanics and Mathematics faculty - foreign professors Ya. Ditrikht, V. Samoylenko, V. Tkachenko. Foreign scientists worked within the walls of the faculty from 11.09.2024 to 03.10.2024. They worked together with teachers-scientists and doctoral students of our faculty, exchanged experiences, and also got acquainted with their scientific works.

Organizing a meeting with the participants of the EEASO-2024 conference and cooperation with foreign professors are directly related to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In particular, SDG 4 (Quality Education) is supported through the exchange of experience and knowledge between foreign scientists and teachers, which contributes to improving the level of educational programs and scientific research. SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) is reflected in joint scientific work aimed at developing innovative solutions and technologies, including in the mechanical and mathematical field. These international collaborations also contribute to strengthening global partnerships, which is in line with SDG 17 (Partnerships for Sustainable Development), enhancing cooperation between different scientific communities.
