The role of women teachers in education and science

On October 11, 2024, a round table was held on the topic" the role of women teachers in education and science". It was attended by students of the 4th year of the educational program" Environmental Protection and life safety " (HSE and HSE). The event was organized by 1st year undergraduates Aisanova Asylzhan, Zhumabek Aizhan (Spring group). It was held in the framework of pedagogical practice under the guidance of Associate Professor A. K.Kozhakhan.

The purpose of the Round Table is to discuss the important role of women - teachers in the development of education and science, as well as in the formation of future generations. The purpose of the event was to increase students ' interest in the issues of gender equality in the professional environment and support the professional growth of women in educational and scientific institutions

During the round table, the important and multifaceted role of women in the development of the education and science system in Kazakhstan was discussed. The participants noted the contribution of women teachers to the formation of the intellectual potential of the country, the education of the younger generation and achievements in the scientific field. Particular attention was paid to the issues of gender equality and the creation of favorable conditions for the professional growth of women in educational organizations and scientific organizations.

This event contributed to increasing students ' interest in the role of women in scientific and pedagogical activities, as well as in understanding their contribution to the development of society.
