Team building for first year students within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

📌On October 12, 2024, a team building event was organized for first-year students majoring in Translation Studies in the department of International Relations. The event was held within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and was aimed at strengthening team spirit and mutual understanding among students who are just starting their studies. The event was organized by teachers of the Department of Diplomatic Translation Naziya Muratbek and Raushan Tastanova.
The team building included a variety of activities that allowed students to get to know each other better. One of the key elements of the program was a speaking club, where participants exchanged opinions on current topics, developed communication skills and public speaking in English. This not only improved their speaking skills, but also contributed to the creation of a more friendly and open atmosphere.

Entertaining games were also organized, which helped students relax and reveal their talents in an informal setting. The games contributed to the development of leadership skills, team coordination and building trust between participants.

Team building helped first-year students to interact with each other, improve their communication skills and unite as a team, which created a good foundation for further cooperation within the educational process.
