Continuity of Generations: the Era of Karasai Batyr and the Development of Modern Values

On October 15, 2024, within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals program, a republican event “Continuity of Generations: the Era of Karasai Batyr and the Development of Modern Values” was held in the village of Karasai Batyr, Almaty region, in honor of the Kazakh batyr, a famous sardar who took part in the liberation war against the Dzungar invasion. A native of the Yeskozh clan of the Shapyrashty tribe of the Senior Zhuz of Karasai Altynaiuly.

A presentation of the book by Askar Seleubayev “Karasai Batyr” took place at the event, and the famous historian of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic, Bereket Bakytzhanovich Karibayev took part in the event and made a report.
