3rd-year students of the Russian department together with the professor of the Department of International Law Nysanbekova L.B. organised an open lesson on the topic: "Problems of the effectiveness of the current legislation in the field of youth policy"

On September 16, 2024, 3rd-year students of the Russian department together with the professor of the Department of International Law Nysanbekova L.B. organised an open lesson on the topic: "Problems of the effectiveness of the current legislation in the field of youth policy" within the framework of the Lex discussion club. Particular attention was paid to issues related to youth policy and migration. Current problems of ensuring the socio-economic rights of Kazakhstani youth, as well as issues of external and internal migration were considered.

As the part of the discussion, students analysed the tasks of improving the quality of professional education, strengthening human resources and ensuring the internationalization of higher education were analyzed, which directly affects the achievement of the goals of the main directions of state youth policy in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Youth Policy".

The provisions of the Message were also discussed, such as paragraph 9, which speaks of the need to establish an ideology of law and order in society, which is associated with raising the level of legal culture of young people. Paragraph 7 focused on improving the environmental situation and the importance of fostering a caring attitude towards the environment, which includes the formation of an environmental culture among young people.
