As part of the study and promotion of Sustainable Development Goals, teachers of the Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreigners of the Faculty of Pre-university Education carry out extensive educational work with students of the faculty. This aspect of education corresponds to the direction of the SDGs, such as "Quality education". In addition to classroom work, teachers spend a lot of time with their students, since our students come to study in Kazakhstan from various countries and, of course, do not know anything about the history of the country and its development features. Therefore, the advisors visited the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is located on N.A. Nazarbayev Avenue in Almaty. It was interesting and informative for the students to see the museum building, which itself is an architectural monument. The museum itself is large, full of exhibits, with very informative stands, made a great impression on the students.  Having visited all the floors of the museum and viewed all its halls – from the exposition on the ancient history of the country to the modern achievements of Kazakhstan, the students, of course, received a large amount of new information for them. Tired but satisfied students left the museum, and now they have to work at home – to prepare a story about what they saw and what new things they learned about Kazakhstan within the framework of the vocabulary they already know.
