The final educational lesson on the topic: "Abai's teaching is a system of spiritual values", within the framework of "Abai's Teaching" discipline dedicated to the 90th anniversary of al-Farabi KazNU.

On December 10, 2024, in the Red Hall of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics  KazNU, the  final educational lesson was held on the topic: "Abai's teaching is  a system of spiritual values” within the framework of "Abai's Teaching" discipline  dedicated to the 90th anniversary of  Al-Farabi KazNU. The subject "Abai's Teaching" was developed by the Abai Research Institute.

The final lesson was attended by the  1st year students of the  several faculties of Al-Farabi  Kazakh National University. These faculties were  Faculty of Philology, Faculty of History, Faculty of Journalism, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Faculty of Medicine and Public Health.  The assignments for the final lesson included three stages:1. Presentation of each specialty on the topics of the lecture (Tables, graphic drawing of Taxonomy, etc.); 2) Interactive role-playing games, situational scenes devoted to  the Code; videos and  challenges made by  Abai's works; 3) Using  the last 6th stage of Abai's taxonomy:  the application of knowledge  each group should  present  its intellectual product.

The opening speech was given to Professor Toregeldi Tuyakbai of  Abai Institute.  He emphasized the importance of "Abai's Teaching" and wished the students creative success. The 1st year students of the  Faculty of Philology majoring in  Russian Philology, Kazakh Philology,  Translation Studies, Foreign Philology: Two Foreign Languages, Russian Language and Literature, Turkology, Literary Studies presented their presentations, challenges, skits on the topics of "5 virtues and 5 enemies in the teachings of Abai", "Abai's Code of Humanity" and its intellectual product in the form of a telegram bot,  an Instagram page,  a dictionary,  a magazine. For example,  the 1st year students of the Russian Department of  "CINEMEDIA" major  of the Faculty of Journalism created the movie: "Abai in the XIX century".

The teaching staff of  Abai Research Institute, acting Professor Toregelda Tuyakbai, associate professor Nurgul Aldabek, senior lecturers  Bibigul Dautova, Gulzhan Ibraevna listened and evaluated the completed tasks. The final word was given to associate professor of Abai Institute, Candidate of Philological Sciences Laila Musala, she wished the students to strive for self-improvement and always keep together "Mind, Will and Heart", as Abai bequeathed to his descendants. Studying this subject, the students once again became convinced that the "Teaching of Abai" is actually very relevant and important for the spiritual development of modern society.
