Presentation of the project on the development of teaching aids for the study of the Kazakh language

On January 24, 2025, the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the presentation of an important project — «Development, production and distribution of teaching aids for the study of the state and native languages». This project was implemented by the National Scientific and Practical Center «Til-Kazyna» with the support of the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of this project, a level-based lexical and grammatical minimum of the Kazakh language was developed, which will become an important tool for those who study Kazakh as a foreign language. This project aims to improve the quality of Kazakh language teaching, as well as to maintain and disseminate it among foreign students and specialists. The manuals were developed by highly qualified specialists, including scientists with international methodological experience. Among them are such famous names as J.M. Iskakova, L.M. Demesinova, N.J. Dauletkereeva, G.A. Musayeva, J.K. Suyinzhanova, A.K. Balabekov and A.M. Kaliyeva. All of them have made a significant contribution to the creation of materials that meet modern requirements and can be useful for students of different levels of education. I would especially like to note the contribution of G.A. Musayeva, Candidate of Philology, associate professor, who is our colleague with many years of experience in teaching Kazakh as a foreign language. G.A. Musayeva has established herself as a highly qualified specialist, actively participating in scientific research and educational activities. We are proud of her achievements and glad that she is a part of our team. This project is an important step in promoting the Kazakh language in the international arena, as well as in improving educational standards for those who study it as a foreign language. The development of such textbooks will ensure a high level of training for students and specialists, and will also contribute to the deepening of intercultural communication and understanding between peoples.
