SDG-4: «Psycho Express» at Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy

As part of the "Psycho Express" project, a seminar-training for psychology specialists was held at the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy.
The event was organized with the participation of the Department of General and Applied Psychology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The training seminar on the topic "Application of the Cybermeter Device by Psychologists in Providing Psychological Services in Universities" was conducted by Professor Mayra Pobedovna Kabakova, Candidate of Psychological Sciences.
Main objectives of the seminar:
- Studying the possibilities of the cybermeter in assessing students' psychological conditions.
- Developing methods for diagnosing and supporting students in the educational environment.
- Forming effective group interactions and monitoring their dynamics.
- Using modern digital tools in university psychological practice.
Participants and consultations:
The seminar was attended by psychologists from 28 universities in Kazakhstan, as well as students from the Kazakh National Conservatory.
As part of the event, psychologists not only studied the work of the cybermeter but also conducted individual and group consultations for students. During the consultations, issues of emotional state, academic motivation, and stress resistance were considered, and recommendations were provided to improve psychological comfort in the educational process.
Participants gained practical skills in working with the cybermeter, a modern device that helps analyze students' psychological conditions, predict their academic success, and adjust group dynamics.
The "Psycho Express" project continues to develop, offering new methods and tools for psychological support for students.
