On February 18, 2025, in order to preserve ecosystems, students of group 217 and a teacher of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law, N. Myrzataev, took a tour of the Central Recreation Park of Almaty, taking into account the current issue. During the tour, the students saw the important role of water not only for the city, but also for the environment.
The purpose of the tour: The conservation of marine ecosystems is to protect them and ensure the sustainable functioning of ecosystems that produce most of the oxygen on the planet, absorb carbon dioxide and are a vital environment for many living beings. By preserving marine ecosystems, we not only protect biodiversity, but also contribute to the fight against climate change.
Our main goal is to explain the importance of marine waters for humanity. Because it is obvious that our lives are closely connected with the environment.
Sea waters are the most important resource for humanity. They are a source of water, food, energy, and natural resources necessary for survival. Here are the main meanings of sea waters for humanity:
Food source: The seas and oceans contain a variety of fish, shellfish and other seafood, which have become the main food source for billions of people.
Economic benefits: Seas and oceans are crucial for global trade routes. Most of the world's goods are transported by sea, which has a major impact on trade and the economy.
Energy source: There are many energy sources in the seas, such as oil, gas, and wind power. Currently, marine energy production technologies are developing and making it possible to obtain environmentally friendly energy.
Regulation of natural cycles: seas and oceans serve as climate regulators. They absorb carbon dioxide and help to stabilize the climate on the earth's surface. In addition, the oceans retain heat and regulate the temperature of the Earth.
