"Protection of human rights in the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

There are many talented students studying at the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Among them, the 2nd-year student of group 208, Rakhmetulin Adiyat, stands out, who shows a penchant for research and is interested in the disciplines of the constitutional and legal cycle, in particular, the problem of the formation and development of the constitutional control body.

Under the guidance of Dina Muratovna Baimakhanova, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, he prepared a paper on the topic "Protection of human rights in the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan." This work was presented at the international scientific and practical conference "Constitutionalization of Criminal Law and criminal procedure", held at the Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov.

At the conference, his work and report were noted for their originality and interesting presentation, for which he took 2nd place.
