The conference was attended by about 77 students and master's degree candidates from leading higher education institutions in Kazakhstan, as well as international students studying the Kazakh and Russian languages at the department. The participants represented a wide geographical range, including students from the USA, Japan, Iran, Morocco, China, Ukraine, Russia, South Korea, India, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, the United Kingdom, and Mongolia. Additionally, students from China and Japan, who participated in academic exchange programs, also attended, demonstrating a high level of preparation.
The conference was held in four sections: one in Kazakh, two in Russian, and one in English. During the conference, participants presented the results of their scientific research in the languages they were studying, which fostered intercultural academic interaction and expanded scientific knowledge in various fields. The topics discussed covered a wide range of current issues, including education, sustainable development, innovation, social equality, and global challenges.
This conference is directly related to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, particularly: SDG 4: Quality Education – ensuring access to educational opportunities for students from different countries, promoting intercultural exchange of knowledge, and increasing scientific literacy.
The organizers are confident that the young researchers will continue their scientific activities and make a significant contribution to the development of science and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals for the benefit of all humanity.
