Exchange of experience in the field of digital technologies
Associate Professors of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Perizat Urkimbayeva and Assel Toktobayeva participated in the digital technology exchange program, which was held at the Chongqing University of Communications and Telecommunications (PRC).
Chongqing is not only an industrial and cultural center, but also a unique city where ancient traditions and modern technologies, as well as innovations in the field of education, harmoniously combine.
A delegation from 15 higher and professional educational institutions of Kazakhstan participated in the program. The event was organized by Saule Anuar, PhD, Director of the ChinaLine Language Learning Center from Kazakhstan. The program discussed such topical topics as digital technologies in education, artificial intelligence, international cooperation and other important issues.
Chongqing University of Communications and Telecommunications is one of the 300 best universities in the world.
The training was organized at a high level, and the participants received not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills. Leading experts from China and other countries, such as Professor Mikhail Brik and Dr. Mehrdad Kurbonien, shared their experiences. Classes were held in academic buildings equipped with modern equipment.
The University Vice-Rector for International Relations, Professor Chiang Mai, introduced the delegation to the organization of the educational process at the university, the specialties offered, the opportunities for studying in Chongqing and the scientific achievements of the educational institution.
In addition, Chongqing Publishing House Co., Ltd. and the delegation of Kazakhstan held a conference in Chongqing on "Cultural support for foreign exchange between industry and education" and signed a strategic partnership agreement.
At the event dedicated to the international integration of educational publications, new opportunities for digital technologies, mutual learning of civilizations and joint development, issues of exporting educational resources, partnership in the digital printing industry and cultural exchange were discussed. More than 30 representatives from China and Kazakhstan in the fields of education, publishing and business noted that cooperation in the field of education and culture between the two countries is entering a new phase.
As part of the program, excursions to other higher and secondary educational institutions in Chongqing were organized. Memoranda were also signed aimed at training personnel, developing academic and scientific programs, implementing double degree programs, as well as strengthening relations and mutual understanding between the two universities based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit.
Cultural events have become an important part of the program. In their free time, the delegation members got acquainted with the rich historical and cultural heritage of the city of Chongqing. On the last day of the program, an excursion to the Changan Automobile Group factory was organized.
