Officer, Orientalist-Iranologist. In 1996, he graduated from the Department of Iranian Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in "Oriental Studies – Historian." Since 1996, he has served in the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan. He is an officer of the Ministry of Defense with the military rank of Colonel. Since 2006, he has been working in the field of military diplomacy. He has served as a military attaché at the Embassies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Tajikistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and Russia.
