Within the framework of the trilateral agreement, a ground-based satellite station will be created in KazNU by the end of this year. The Science Center will provide extensive opportunities for the exchange, analysis and in-depth research of satellite data obtained as a result of trilateral cooperation in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

The Chinese partners will allocate 3 million dollars for the implementation of the ground-based satellite station.

These funds will be used to purchase the necessary equipment and equipment, as well as launch various servers. The Center will provide support for sustainability, agricultural development, natural resource management, improvement of environmental impacts and interconnections in the SCO region, using China's rich remote sensing data resources.

As part of the agreement, the Hainan Satellite Data Research and Use Center will provide ReSDAC hardware, develop pilot applications and system software. Northwestern Polytechnic University will be engaged in the implementation of the work of the ground-based satellite station, the definition and implementation of the application of national satellite data and other programs.
